Production line automation: shaft machining, rotor automated lines, motor automated lines, packaging and palletizing, paint line accumulation conveyors, automated e-coating, etc.

  • Project Background

    An intelligent manufacturing maturity assessment was conducted for Dongguan XXX Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. in accordance with GB/T 39116-2020 "Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Assessment Method" and the related national standard on capability level requirements.

    Model Overview:

    The company values smart manufacturing strategically and has a basic understanding of it;

    Technology is relatively weak: data collection, recording, and analysis are mostly manual, with gaps in IT infrastructure, system integration, and information security;

    Low automation level; no system integration with equipment for monitoring;

    Manufacturing is not supported by systems and relies largely on manual management, especially in production operations, warehousing, and distribution.
