Symposium on Applying and Promoting the National Intelligent Manufacturing Maturity Standard Successfully Held
On September 28, the China Electronics Standardization Institute held a symposium in Xuzhou, Jiangsu on applying and promoting the national intelligent manufacturing capability maturity standard. Participants discussed practical application cases, standard revision, and promotion approaches, and visited the smart factory of XCMG Xuzhou Heavy Machinery. Officials from the MIIT Equipment Industry Department I, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and the Xuzhou Bureau of Industry and Information Technology attended, along with representatives of standard drafting organizations, smart manufacturing solution providers, manufacturers, and experts from the national smart manufacturing standardization advisory group. MIIT "14th Five-Year Plan for Intelligent Manufacturing Development" (Draft for Comments)

The MIIT's draft "14th Five-Year Plan for Intelligent Manufacturing Development" sets out development paths and targets. By 2025: (1) Transformation results are notable - over 50% of above-scale manufacturers reach maturity Level 2 or above, with over 20% and 15% of enterprises in key industries and regions reaching Level 3 or above; production efficiency, yield, and energy/resource utilization improve substantially. (2) Supply capability strengthens markedly - domestic market satisfaction rates for smart manufacturing equipment and industrial software exceed 70% and 50% respectively, with more than 10 system solution providers exceeding RMB 5 billion in revenue.
